Gold prices surge in Pakistan amid global trends

Gold prices in Pakistan witnessed an upward trend on Monday, mirroring the rise in international markets. 

The price of 24K gold climbed to Rs281,000 per tola, Rs240,920 per 10 grams, and Rs24,092 per gram respectively. 

Silver prices also increased, with rates standing at Rs3,280 per tola, Rs2,812.10 per 10 grams, and Rs281.21 per gram.

On the global front, gold prices rose significantly, with a $14.76 increase per ounce, bringing the price to $2,647.87, reflecting a 0.56% gain. 

This global movement directly influenced local market rates, pushing gold and silver prices higher.
