Manhole tragedy: Victim family pardons, all five accused granted bail

District Court Lahore has issued release order of all of five key accused in manhole tragedy which had led to the death of mother and her daughter at Bhati Gate Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel. 

Judicial Magistrate Shafqat Abbas conducted the hearing of the case. The court issued the release order after it was told that victims had pardoned the accused after their reconciliation. 

During the hearing, plaintiff told the court that “We do not want to take further action against the accused and the victim party has no objection to the acquittal or discharge of the accused from the case”. 

After recording the statement of the victim party, the court granted approved the bail applications of the accused on reconciliation grounds. Bahati Gate police had registered the case.
