The Bannu and Lakki Marwat police carried out a joint action in Shamoni Khattak area and killed two suspected terrorists involved in a gun attack on a police mobile, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

According to police, Bannu and Lakki Marwat law personnel conducted a joint operation in Shamoni Khattak area. An exchange of fire took place between the policemen and the miscreants. As a result, two suspected terrorists were gunned down.

The slain terrorists were involved in a gun attack on a Domail police mobile two days ago in which a police official was martyred and another got hurt. 

The law enforcers were hunting for the terrorists for the last two days.
