Ishaq Dar to visit Saudi Arabia for OIC Foreign Ministers’ meeting

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar will depart for Saudi Arabia tonight to attend an extraordinary meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Foreign Office spokesperson Tahir Hussain Andrabi said Friday.

According to the spokesperson, the OIC foreign ministers’ meeting will be held in Jeddah on Saturday.

During the visit, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar is also scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with the foreign ministers of various OIC member states.

The Foreign Office said the visit aims to discuss issues of mutual concern and strengthen coordination among OIC member countries.
