Gold price again breaks all-time record in Pakistan

Gold prices again broke all-time record as the glittering metal saw a record surge in its rate in Pakistan on Thursday. The 24-carat gold price increased by Rs800 per tola, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

With this increase, the price for 24-carat gold has now reached a historic high of Rs109,100 per tola.

The price of 10-gram gold has climbed up to Rs93,536 with an increase of Rs686.

On Wednesday, 24-carat gold price increased by Rs2,400 per tola and jumped to Rs108,300.

The precious metal had already forged a seven-year peak on commodity market last month as traders sought shelter from the COVID-19 pandemic and its destructive economic impact.
