ANP district leader gunned down in Qila Abdullah, three others injured

A local leader of the Awami National Party was shot dead, and three other people were injured after unidentified gunmen opened fire in Balochistan's Qila Abdullah district on Monday, 24NewsHD TV reported. 

According to police sources, the victim was identified as Daulat Khan Piralizai, a senior district leader and prominent political worker of the Awami National Party.

According to initial reports, the attack took place in the Jungle Pir Alizai Bazaar when Daulat Khan was standing outside his medical clinic.

Armed assailants opened fire, killing him at the scene.

Three other individuals were wounded in the attack and were rushed to the Trauma Centre in Mezi Adda for medical treatment.

Police cordoned off the area following the shooting and launched a search operation to trace the attackers.
