Pakistani actress Tuba Anwar left her fans emotional after sharing a heartfelt tribute to her beloved pet cat, ‘Faith’, who had been her loyal companion for 17 years. The touching post offered a glimpse into a bond that spanned nearly two decades, resonating deeply with pet lovers across social media.

Taking to Instagram, Tuba shared a series of cherished photographs and memories dedicated to Faith, recounting the special journey they shared together. Alongside the pictures, the actress penned an emotional note expressing her gratitude, love and heartbreak following the loss of her furry friend.

“Thank you, Faith, for choosing me to be your human, for loving me through every season of life, for teaching me how to love without conditions, and for giving me 17 of the most beautiful years I could have ever asked for. I will miss you forever, my baby, and this time I will meet you where there are no goodbyes,” she wrote.

The actress also shared a collection of memories documenting Faith's life and the profound impact she had on her own.

“Here is the story of my first cat, Faith. She walked into my life and changed it forever,” one slide read.

Recalling their earliest days together, Tuba wrote:

“I still remember when you first came into my life. I was so excited to have you. I knew we were gonna be best friends.”

The actress reflected on how the two grew up side by side, navigating life's many chapters together.

“We quite literally grew up together. We shared every stage of life side by side. Through all those years, you were my constant and my companion.”

Describing Faith's unique personality, Tuba fondly remembered her independent nature and strong spirit.

“You were always so talkative, always finding a way to let me know exactly what you wanted. But even on the days you were quiet, I could understand you just by looking at you. Loved your fiery attitude. No one could touch you without your consent. You were a queen.” She also spoke about the comfort Faith provided during both joyful and difficult moments. “You were there through every chapter of my life, through the highs, the lows and everything in between. When the world felt heavy, you comforted me in a way no one and nothing else could.”

The actress revealed that Faith had been battling health issues in recent months but remained strong until the very end. “The past few months were tough for you, but you were brave and you fought with all you had. You had the will to live, and you will live forever in my heart.”

 One particularly touching memory described how Faith would patiently wait by the door for her return.

“You would sit by the front door for hours, patiently waiting for me to come home. No matter how long I was gone, you were always there.”

Concluding her tribute, Tuba acknowledged the emptiness left behind by her companion's passing. “I guess the house will be a little quieter without you. And so will my heart. Thank you for giving me the honor to love you and take care of you for 17 years. Until we meet again. Goodbye, Faith. I love you always.”
