Elle Ferguson shows off $15,000 Chanel bag inspired by Margot Robbie
Australian influencer and reality TV personality Elle Ferguson has revealed she is among the first people in the world to purchase a newly released luxury handbag from Chanel.
According to the Daily Mail, the former The Block star shared an Instagram video on Sunday displaying a series of designer purchases, including a high-end belt and the fashion house’s brand-new Maxiflap bag.

In the clip, Ferguson first showcased a sleek black leather Chanel belt, revealing that she decided to buy the accessory after seeing Hollywood actress Margot Robbie wearing the same design.
The belt reportedly retails for around $1,660.
The influencer then unveiled her most extravagant purchase the newly launched Chanel Maxiflap shoulder bag, which costs about $15,090.

The oversized bag, made from grained calfskin leather and available in rich shades such as burgundy, has only recently been released and is expected to become one of the season’s most sought-after fashion pieces.
Ferguson explained that she decided to splurge on the luxury item as a personal treat, describing the statement bag as “So chic” and “Very French.”
Many of her followers praised the purchase in the comments section, calling the bag “Stunning” and “Gorgeous,” while others expressed envy over the high-end designer haul.

However, not everyone was impressed. One critic questioned the timing of the post, noting that it appeared on International Women’s Day and suggesting the display of luxury shopping was “Shallow.”
Ferguson, who rose to wider fame after appearing on The Block in 2022, is known for her fashion focused social media content and collaborations with luxury brands.
The 40-year-old influencer has previously sparked online debate over her bold fashion choices, including a revealing designer dress by Loewe that went viral last year.
Despite criticism, Ferguson defended the outfit, describing it as “Beautiful” and insisting that fashion like art is subjective.
