A daily meeting to review the country’s petroleum reserves and supply situation was held on Monday under the chairmanship of Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, 24NewsHD TV on Monday.

According to the Ministry of Finance, the meeting conducted a daily assessment of fuel reserves and supply chains amid ongoing volatility in global energy markets.

According to the government committee, petroleum product stocks in the country remain at satisfactory levels, and the supply chain is functioning normally.

Officials informed the meeting that several petroleum cargo shipments are currently en route to Pakistan, which will further strengthen the country’s fuel supply in the coming weeks.

During the session, participants reviewed crude oil imports, refinery operations, and shipping arrangements in detail.

The Finance Ministry noted that fluctuations in global crude oil prices are being observed due to prevailing international conditions.

Officials also said arrangements have been finalized to maintain the supply of petroleum products in the coming weeks.

In addition, various measures are being considered to promote fuel conservation and more efficient energy use.
