The district administration of Islamabad has permitted three-day Tablighi Ijtema at Jama Masjid Qasim from May 12 to 14, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

The Islamabad deputy commissioner has directed the administration and other law enforcement agencies to make arrangements for the Ijtema.

The additional deputy commissioner general has been designated as the focal person for the arrangements for the Ijtema.

The assistant commissioner concerned, police, director of emergency and local government staff were also assigned duties.

The CCTV cameras of Safe City will also be installed at the place of Ijtema. The traffic police will also divert the traffic by issuing alternative route plans.
