Shaheen Shah Afridi becomes first Pakistani bowler to take 100 WTC wickets

Pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi made history by becoming the first Pakistani bowler to claim 100 wickets in the ICC World Test Championship, 24NewsHD TV reported on Saturday. 

The landmark moment came on the opening day of the first Test against Bangladesh at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium, when Afridi dismissed opener Mahmudul Hasan Joy to reach the milestone.

With this achievement, the left-arm pacer has also become only the 19th bowler overall in World Test Championship history to reach 100 wickets.
