Fake documents: FIA nab 4 Afghans from NADRA Centre in Peshawar

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Anti-Corruption Circle Peshawar Zone arrested four Afghan nationals from the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) office in Peshawar, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
According to the details, these four Afghan nationals were trying to obtain Pakistani nationality through fake and forged documents.
The accused were identified as Siddiqullah, Samiullah, Fayyaz Khan and Younus Khan. The accused Fayyaz Khan and Samiullah verified the documents of Siddiqullah as witnesses.
Accused Younus Khan presented himself as the father of an Afghan national.
Earlier, a total of 2261 Afghan nationals, including men, women, and children, crossed back into Afghanistan on November 7, 2025, after completing their registration at the NADRA Immigration Centre.
The authorities further revealed that 3863 Afghan nationals were returned to their homeland through the Torkham border on November 6, 2025.
Officials said that over the past six days, a cumulative 32,989 Afghan refugees have returned to their homeland from Pakistan, with a significant number of elderly individuals and young children among them.
Sources added that refugees have been travelling both on foot and in vehicles, with the repatriation process continuing daily from early morning until late at night.
