Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Mian Javed Latif said Thursday that the details of Ring Road, foreign funding, and the sugar, wheat and medicine scandals against Imran Khan were yet to come, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

“Those who ask us about our performance should evaluate our performance from 2017. It should be told who made the country sick and why. Who did give the wrong medicine?” he emphasised while addressing a press conference.

“You [Imran] wanted to stop an appointment by using the resources of both provinces, but you failed. Now you have resorted to a new blackmailing only to avoid trial in cases against you,” he castigated.

“You had been brought up by four director generals. This is a matter of record,” he deplored.

“The divide will increase further if the billions of rupees of the indebted country are spent on elections,” he averred.

“All the things related to the Ring Road and the sugar, wheat and medicine scandals should be brought to the fore. The details of the foreign funding case are yet to come,” he stressed.

“We know from which neighbouring country money came during the by-election and through whom,” he claimed.

“As Pervaiz Elahi says ‘the party has started to disintegrate the same way it had been formed’. We want elections, but we will not divide the nation,” he pointed out.

“Nawaz Sharif never asked the people to attack the state institutions after being ousted from the government,” he stated and claimed that a large faction of the PTI lawmakers was in touch with the government.

He also flayed Imran Khan for the restrictions and attacks on senior journalists during his tenure.
