Members of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI), ‘loyal’ to ‘estranged’ leader Jahangir Khan Tareen, have decided to send a memorandum to Prime Minister Imran Khan in connection with corruption references filed against their leader, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

Quoting sources, the channel reported that the members had also signed a petition, requesting PM Imran for a meeting.      

Members of the Tareen group are of the view that people like Special Assistant to Prime Minister (SAPM) Shahzad Akbar are responsible for poisoning the prime minister against his time-tested friend, and that the PTI is not heading in the right direction since people like Tareen are being victimized.  

They have vowed that they will not remain silent over what they alleged persecution of Jahangir Khan Tareen.
