Gold prices dip by Rs400 to Rs1,43,100 per tola

After the devaluation of the dollar against the Pakistani currency, the local market observed a decrease in the rates of gold on Wednesday.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the prices of pure gold of 24 karats dipped from Rs400 to Rs143,100 per tola.
All Sindh Sarafa Bazaar Association representatives said the rates of 10 gram gold of 24 karats are also reduced by Rs343 to Rs122,685.
Interestingly, an increase in gold prices was seen in the global market as the gold rates rose by US$14 to reach US$1,791 per ounce.
