Alert bus driver drives mobile phone thief straight into police station

Presence of mind demonstrated by a calm and thinking bus driver led him to drive a mobile phone straight inside a police station in Renala Khurd on Monday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The driver of a green bus was on his normal route as vehicle was fully loaded with passengers when suddenly one of them cried aloud that his mobile phone was stolen.

The quick-thinking driver did not panic and raced up his bus despite passengers’ loud cries to stop the vehicle and take care of the incident.

Instead, he accelerated his bus and took it inside Renala Khurd Police Station.

There he did not open the mechanical door of the bus until the policemen arrived at the scene.

The cops rounded up the passengers and body-searched them one by one. Finally, they got hold of the thief.
