Pakistan cricket team skipper Babar Azam has a huge fan following on and off the field and to support their favourite player they resort to innovative ways to pay tribute to him.
One such effort was witnessed at Multan Cricket Stadium where a spectator was holding a banner coining Pakistan’s latest social media hit.
One of the fans raised a banner inscribed with ‘Cricket Da Pawa, Babar Lawa.”

Akhtar Lawa became an internet sensation when his clips chanted his pet dialogue Lahore Da Pawa, Akhtar Lawa with his unique gesture of hands with ‘fake energy’ made rounds on social media.

Even Westerners from UK and Australians have uploaded videos of Akhtar Lawa in their own English-Punjabi accent which are hilarious to watch.

Pakistani cricket captain Babar Azam may have lost the first Test match but the skipper is determined to fight back in the series.
Unfortunately, Babar Azam had an early departure to the pavilion in the first session of Day 2 of the second Test match being played in Multan after scoring 75 runs.
Another of his fans was also photographed carrying a banner inscribed with ‘Babar Army”.
