Mufti Qavi spells out honeymoon plans with Rakhi Sawant

Pakistan's controversial cleric Mufti Abdul Qavi has said if Bollywood's drama dueen Rakhi Sawant accepts his proposal, he plans to take her on a honeymoon to Japan. 

Talking to Rohi, he said after making the proposal, he began performing Istikhara (prayer for divine guidance) to seek blessings for the union.

He added: “I have sent a marriage proposal to Rakhi. I have not done anything wrong.

"I have planned to her Japan on honeymoon. However, I will offer Nawafil if she declines my proposal."

He gave Rakhi three days to respond to his proposal.

He added that he had lots of other names to consider for the purpose.

Rakhi has yet to respond to Mufti Qavi’s proposal officially.

During a 21 programme, Rakhi said she too wanted to tie the knot with a 'religious figure' but she objected to Qavi's weight.

The unexpected claim has already stirred reactions on social media, with netizens eagerly awaiting the actress’s reply.
