Pakistan joins global dialogue of emerging economies at “AlUla Conference 2026”

Pakistan actively participated in the global dialogue of emerging economies at the AlUla Conference 2026, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

According to Advisor to the Minister of Finance Khurram Shahzad, Pakistan’s active participation in the most important “AlUla Conference 2026”, is a positive progress in promoting global investor confidence and economic ties.

Finance ministers and global economic leaders gathered on a platform on the future of emerging economies and policy cooperation.

The conference was attended by Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb, along with senior leadership from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, China, Turkey and the IMF. 

Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb held important meetings with Saudi and World Bank officials at the AlUla Conference 2026.

An important meeting was held between the Finance Minister and the Saudi Minister of Economy on investment and economic cooperation on the occasion of the “AlUla Conference 2026”.

During the meeting, the Saudi minister praised the high quality of Pakistani AI and technology talent and said Pakistan is among top countries in the world producing high-quality tech talent.

Saudi Arabia keen to fully benefit from Pakistani tech experts in its technological development process, said Faisal bin Fadhil Al-Ibrahim.

High-level engagements and investment dialogue at AlUla conference reflect Pakistan’s strong ties with global financial leadership.
