Two sisters filed a petition in Lahore’s Sessions Court against their brother Muhammad Shahbaz for torturing them and illegally occupying their ancestral house, reported 24NewsHD TV on Monday.

In the court of Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Shahbaz Ahmed, two sisters Sitara Shehzadi and Sidra Kulsoom from Liaquatabad filed an application for registration of a case against their brother.

Advocate Chaudhry Asghar produced the two sisters before the court who were in critical condition.

The court was told that they had an inherited house of five marlas.

According to the victims’ statement, the brother wanted to take the house illegally from them. That is why he kept on torturing them, they added.

The petitioners said that the brother kicked them out of their house and wherever they went to register an FIR against him, their brother used his clout and they failed to lodge their complaint.

Meanwhile, the court sought a report from Liaquatabad police on January 17 regarding the application for registration of a case.
