Govt announces public holidays on 9th and 10th Muharram

The federal government has announced two public holidays on July 16 and 17 on account of Ashura (9^th and 10^th Muharram), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to a notification issued by the Cabinet Division in Islamabad on Tuesday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has given approval to the public holidays on 9^th and 10^th of Muharram (Tuesday and Wednesday).
