4 PTI workers locked in solitary cell after clash at Bannu jail
As many as four PTI workers who were imprisoned in Bannu jail in connection with May 9 riots were locked in a solitary cell after a clash with jail staff, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
Three policemen also become injured during the clash.
Central Jail Superintendent Samiullah Shinwari said that a physical fight broke out after jail staff recovered a mobile phone from a PTI worker who is serving jail term.
He said that no PTI worker being kept in the solitary cell of Bannu jail.
Two dead in bikes collision
Two young men lost their lives while three became seriously injured as two motorcycles collided with each other.
The accident took place near Kashu Bridge in the jurisdiction of Domali Police Station.
The dead persons were later identified as Hassan and Muzammil Lakki Marwat.
Later, the police shifted the dead bodies of young men to their native village for burial.
