British MPs vow continued support for Kashmir cause
Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has met with British lawmakers during a visit to the UK Parliament, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Tuesday.
The meeting was hosted by British Member of Parliament Imran Hussain, who welcomed the Pakistani delegation and facilitated discussions on Kashmir and broader bilateral relations.
Speaking during the session, former Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari strongly condemned Indian aggression in Indian-occupied Kashmir.
He added India continued to target our children through its aggressive actions in Kashmir.”
Bhutto expressed concern over the humanitarian crisis in the region and urged international attention toward ongoing rights violations.
Bilawal further acknowledged the support of nearly 80 British parliamentarians, noting their consistent efforts to raise the Kashmir issue within the UK Parliament.
He added that British lawmakers had reaffirmed their commitment to continue voicing support for the Kashmiri people's right to self-determination.
“British parliamentarians have promised that they will continue to speak on the issue of Kashmir,” Bilawal said, expressing gratitude for their solidarity.
