Pakistani superstar Mahira Khan has shared details of her memorable interaction with King Charles III after attending the annual dinner and reception of The British Asian Trust in London.
The prestigious charity event brought together influential figures from business, philanthropy, media, politics, and entertainment to support the Trust's ongoing work across South Asia, including Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
The British Asian Trust later shared glimpses from the evening and expressed gratitude for the continued support of King Charles III, who founded the organization in 2007 while serving as the Prince of Wales. The event highlighted the Trust's ongoing work and its efforts to improve lives across South Asia.
Speaking about the meeting, Mahira said she was pleasantly surprised by how familiar King Charles III was with her work as a Mental Health Ambassador for the Trust.
According to the actress, the King acknowledged the progress being made through the organization's mental health initiatives and praised the efforts being carried out in Pakistan.
Mahira shared that during their conversation, he told her that significant positive change had already been achieved and that there was still more work they could do in the future.
