Following the direction of Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi Lahore Metro Bus Service will start at 6 am instead of 6.30 am for the larger interest of the working class. 

According to the 24newsHD TV channel, the decision will help thousands of laborers traveling on the Lahore Metrobus service daily. 

They will be able to reach their destination points on time. 

In this regard, the government has taken the approval of the cabinet also.

It should be noted that earlier Lahore Metrobus Service started at 6:30 am and the people working in the factories often got late.   

The matter came to the notice of Mohsin Naqvi who directed the Punjab Mass Transit Authority to change the Lahore Metro Bus Service timetable so that thousands of labourers could reach their destination on time.  

Earlier, a meeting of the Punjab Mass Transit Authority was held on Friday while Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi was in the chair 

The issues of the Punjab Mass Transit Authority were reviewed in the meeting. 

The meeting was also apprised about the start of Lahore Metrobus Service at 6 am. 

Punjab Chief Secretary, Chairman Planning and Development Board, Secretary of Finance, Secretary Transport and related officials attended the meeting.
