IHC to hear Uzma Khan petition tomorrow for shifting Imran Khan to Al Shifa
Islamabad High Court has fixed PTI petition for hearing on Wednesday (tomorrow) in which party has requested for shifting of PTI founder Imran Khan to Shifa International Hospital for his treatment, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
According to a cause list issued by Islamabad High Court Registrar Office, Justice Inam Amin Minhas to hear Uzma Khan's petition tomorrow.
PTI counsel requested the court that Imran Khan should be given access to hospital for medical examination and treatment.
PTI demanded that arrangements should be made for the medical examination of Imran Khan by doctors of his choice. Dr. Khurram Mirza, Dr. Asim Yousaf, Dr. Faisal Sultan and Dr. Samina Niazi should be included in the medical examination, PTI further requested.
PTI counsel requested the court that Imran Khan should be allowed to have his blood tests and be shifted to Shifa International Hospital for treatment.
The IHC was requested that doctors, family members and lawyers be provided with easy access to Imran Khan during treatment. Moreover, Imran Khan family should be provided with complete medical reports, including blood tests, eye tests and diagnostic reports for the last three months.
