Most of educational institutes of Sindh will remain open

Contrary to the rest of the country, most of the educational institutions in the public and private sectors of Sindh province will remain open on May 10 (Wednesday), reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.
The Grand Alliance of Private Schools Associations Sindh and All Private Schools Management Association Sindh, both in their meetings decided to keep the educational institutes open as usual in view of board examinations.
The associations held that the schedule of annual examinations should be ensured as per the decision of the education boards.
In the meeting, considering the situation of the province, it was decided to keep the educational institutions open, they added.
All the campuses of Happy Palace School will open as usual tomorrow.
However, the Catholic Board of Karachi has announced to close all machinery schools in the city on May 10.
It stated that the missionary schools including St. Patricks, St. Pauls, St. Lawrences, St. John's, and St. Jude's will remain closed tomorrow.
St. Joseph's Convent and St. Michael's Convent will also be closed tomorrow in view of the current situation in the city.
Likewise, all campuses operated by the Beacon House School System will be closed on May 10. D-Seeds School Millar, Falkon House Nazimabad, Wellton's Learning Center Clifton will remain closed.
