The Pakistani government had succeeded to get the facility from the Islamic Trade Finance Corporation (ITFC) to purchase oil and gas on the credit.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the ITFC would provide $761.5 million per month to Pakistan for purchasing both items.

The report said that the ITFC’s facility has been started with immediate effect so Pakistan would be able to buy oil and gas from Saudi Arabia now.

The report further said that under this facility of the ITFC, Pakistan would be financed $1.5 billion per annum.
