Dr AQ Khan’s ‘free movement’ case still pending in SC

National hero Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan Sunday died without getting justice as his case for free movement is still pending in the Supreme Court.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Dr AQ Khan requested the court in a petition through his lawyers that he should be allowed for free mobility and meeting with his relatives.
Once, Dr AQ Khan tried to appear before the court to argue in his case personally but he was not allowed to do so and was sent back to the registrar's office of the SC.
The last hearing of his case was held on September 15 last month on his special request and the court adjourned the matter of permission for free movement till his full recovery of health.
The court adjourned the case for a month on September 15.
