Hamza Ali Abbasi is busy promoting his new movie ‘The Legends of Maula Jutt' along with other co-stars. 

The netizens trolled him on his picture with Mahira Khan in which he can be seen hugging her female co-star and termed him a 'Disco Maulvi'.

The actor was heavily trolled by users over his platonic relationship with actor friend Mahira Khan. 

Some of the users called him ‘Maulana Hamza Ali Abbasi’. 

Pertinent to note that Abbasi left the entertainment industry a few years ago in the cause of awakening, but afterwards changed his mind and stated that performing is not entirely ‘prohibited’ in Islam.

It appears that he frequently found himself in hot water due to his statements. 

The netizens have become accustomed to spewing venom and poking their nose in every matter.
