President, PM, interior minister vow to crush terrorism

President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi on Friday paid tribute to the security forces for carrying out successful anti-terrorist operations in Orakzai, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The president and prime minister, in their separately issued statements, appreciated the professional capabilities of the security forces for eliminating 30 India-backed Khawarij in recent days.

They said that the sacrifices of Lt-Col Junaid Tariq, Major Tayyab Rahat, and other martyrs would never be squandered.

President Zardari said that the armed forces had made the nation proud by dismantling the network of Indian-sponsored Khawarij. “Continuous successes against terrorism reflect our resolve. The brave sons of the soil have made history by sacrificing their lives to protect the motherland,” he added

Prime Minister Shehbaz said that the officers and personnel of the security forces were tirelessly striving to safeguard the country from hostile elements, while risking their own lives. He said that every officer and soldier of Pakistan’s armed forces was making the entire nation proud by embracing martyrdom to ensure the country’s security.

“We will never allow the sinister designs of terrorists to succeed. The fight against the scourge of terrorism will continue until it is eradicated in toto, Prime Minister Shehbaz said, reiterating that the entire nation stood shoulder to shoulder with its armed forces in their unwavering resolve to protect the homeland.

Mohsin Naqvi praises security forces

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi praised security forces for successful operation against Fitna al-Khawarij in Orakzai.

In his message, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi admired the professionalism of security forces for killing 30 Khawarij terrorists. “I pay tribute to the security forces for thwarting the nefarious intentions of Khawarij terrorists,” Mohsin Naqvi said.

He said security forces achieved a great success by bringing 30 Khawarij terrorists to an exemplary end. 

The nation stands by the security forces to eradicate terrorism, Mohsin Naqvi said.

He said the terrorists of Fitna al-Khawarij will not be allowed to hide anywhere in Pakistan.
