PIMS doctors conduct Bushra Bibi's check-up in Adiala jail

A two-member team of doctors from Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) conducted a medical check-up of Bushra Bibi, the wife of PTI founder Imran Khan, within Adiala Jail during the Toshakhana-II case hearing, 24NewsHD TV reported.

According to sources, the medical team was comprised of Dr Altaf, head of the ENT Department, and Dr Mansoor Iqbal, head of the Neurology Department at PIMS. 

The medical examination took place in the jail's community centre, the same location where hearings for the Toshakhana case are being held.

The team carried out the checkup and subsequently departed from Adiala Jail after completing their assessment.

The examination was carried out in response to medical concerns raised during the ongoing Toshakhana-II trial, which has drawn significant attention due to its high-profile nature and the presence of both the PTI founder and Bushra Bibi among the accused.
