US Ambassador to Pakistan Donald Blome on Thursday visited the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah in Karachi and laid floral wreath there, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

A contingent of Pakistan Navy gave a warm reception to the visitor who, later, while jotting down his comments in the visitors’ book, paid glowing tributes to the great leader under whose guidance the Muslims of the Indian sub-continent got a separate homeland for themselves.

The administration of Quaid’s mausoleum on the occasion briefed the US envoy about its complete history.
