Pakistani star cricketer Shahid Afridi has been appointed as the brand ambassador for the Kashmir Premier League (KPL), 24NewsHD TV Channel reported on Sunday.

According to the channel report, Shahid Afridi expressed his excitement, stating that the league will bring talent from both Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan to the forefront.

The inaugural edition of the Kashmir Premier League (KPL) is scheduled to take place this November, with preparations already underway.

As part of his new role, Afridi visited the KPL office in Islamabad to review the ongoing arrangements.
