Aamir Khan’s family denies Faisal’s claims, says medical decisions were made with doctors’ advice
Bollywood megastar Aamir Khan and his brother Faisal Khan have long been rumored to have strained relations, but recent explosive revelations by Faisal have left fans in shock.
In a startling interview with Indian media, Faisal Khan alleged that Aamir kept him confined in his Mumbai home for over a year many years ago.
According to Faisal, his mobile phone was seized, he was forcibly medicated, and guards were stationed outside his room to prevent him from leaving.

Faisal claimed that his family labeled him a "schizophrenic" and declared him a "madman," portraying him as a danger to society. He described the ordeal as being trapped in an inescapable web, with the entire family turning against him.
"I had no way to contact anyone—not even my father, Tahir Hussain," he said.
"Aamir kept me locked inside. My phone was taken, I wasn’t allowed to step out, guards were posted outside my room, and I was forced to take medication."
After nearly a year of pleading, Aamir reportedly allowed Faisal to move to a different house.
The brothers once shared the screen in the 2000 film Mela, co-starring Twinkle Khanna and directed by Dharmesh Darshan—a far cry from the bitter feud unfolding today.
Following Faisal Khan’s explosive claims of being forcibly confined and medicated by his brother Aamir Khan, the Khan family has issued an official statement, expressing deep distress over the allegations and denying any wrongdoing.
In their response, the family clarified that all actions concerning Faisal’s well-being were taken in consultation with medical professionals.
"Every decision regarding Faisal was made with love, compassion, and professional medical advice for his mental and emotional well-being," the statement read.
The Khans strongly refuted Faisal’s accusations, calling them a "misrepresentation of facts.
" They emphasized that his mother, Zeenat Hussain, sister, and brother Aamir Khan have always acted in his best interest.
The false and hurtful portrayal of our family by Faisal is unacceptable. We have always stood by him with care and concern," the statement added.
The family urged the media to refrain from spreading unverified claims, stating:
"We request the media to understand the sensitivity of this matter and avoid fueling baseless rumors. Our priority remains Faisal’s health and dignity."
