Indian ace batsman Virat Kohli on Saturday took to his Instagram account to wish his wife, actress Anushka Sharma, on the occasion of the couple fourth wedding anniversary.

Along with a roundabout of happy and sentimentalist photos, Virat Kohli wrote a beautiful note for Anushka, praising her for always being by his side and inspiring him to do the right thing even when the whole world was against Kohli.

In his note, Virat mentioned in jest how Anushka has been handling his silly jokes and laziness, while accepting him.

"4 years of you handling my silly jokes and laziness. 4 years of accepting me for who I am every day and loving me no matter how upsetting it may be. 4 years of the greatest blessing God could have bestowed on us. 4 years of being married to the most honest, loving and courageous woman and the one who inspired me to stand up for the right thing even when the whole world could be against you. 4 years of being married to you. You complete me in every way, I will always love you with everything I have and more".

Virat, further added that this year's wedding anniversary was even more special. He pointed to the fact that it was his first anniversary as a family referring to the presence of his little daughter Vamika in their lives. "This day is more special as it is our first anniversary as a family and life is complete with this little munchkin," Virat wrote.

Earlier, Bollywood star Anuskha Sharma also wished her husband, Indian cricketer Virat Kohli, on their fourth anniversary. 

Celebrating four happy years of her life with Kohli, Anushka used her Instagram handle and dropped an emotional note for her husband.

Along with the note, the “Sultan” actress posted a number of unseen stills of the couple from their time together. 

In the caption, the actress penned: “There is no easy way out, there is no shortcut home. Your favourite song and words you’ve lived by always. These words hold true for everything including relationships. Takes tremendous courage to be the person you are in a world filled with perceptions & optics. Thank you for inspiring me when I needed it and for keeping your mind open when you needed to listen.”

 Anushka added: “Marriage of equals is only possible when both are secure. And you are the most secure man I know! Like I’ve said earlier, fortunate are those who really know the real you, the soul behind all the achievements, the man behind all the projections cast upon you.. May love, honesty, transparency and respect guide us always.”

The 33-year-old also went onto thank Kohli for inspiring and supporting her in every situation. In the snaps, the couple are seen making faces and washing dishes and having quality time along with their daughter Vamika.
