Ayesha Omar shares cozy winter vibes with playful Jackson 5 nod

Ayesha Omar has delighted her fans with some winter cheer from London. The star took to Instagram to share glimpses of her recent trip.

Captioning one post “Jackson 5 in London”, she added a snowman emoji along with the hashtag #actionjackson.

The post included keywords like London, December, cosy, awards, winter, suggesting a festive, chilly atmosphere and hinting at her attendance at a seasonal event or awards function.

In her snaps, Ayesha perfectly captured the mix of glamour and comfort, blending her signature style with the cozy winter mood.

Fans flocked to the comments section, reacting to her playful Jackson 5 reference and praising her chic winter look.

Ayesha Omar has been making headlines since the launch of her controversial reality show Lazawal Ishq, which she has been hosting since September.

Last month, she took to her Instagram story to refute claims that the new reality series had been banned.

In a statement to fans, Omar wrote: “Please note that Lazawal Ishq has NOT been banned by any Pakistani court and never was.”

The host of the dating show added that the series is not a Pakistani show, although it is made for Urdu-speaking audiences worldwide.

“It's an Urdu-language reality show…and was never meant for any television channel. No Pakistani production house was ever involved. It’s a Turkish production…for YouTube only.”

In October, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) began hearing a petition seeking to ban Lazawal Ishq.

The petitioner urged the court to direct PTA and PEMRA to monitor online platforms and consider the role of the Council of Islamic Ideology (CII) in regulating digital media.

Even when the teaser was released, showing the Karachi-Se-Lahore actress cruising along the Bosporus before welcoming contestants into the villa, it rapidly drew criticism online.
Critics labeled the format “un-Islamic” and heavily influenced by Western culture.

Lazawal Ishq is filmed in Istanbul and adapted from the Turkish format Aşk Adası. Inspired by the international “Love Island” franchise, it brings together four Pakistani men and women in a luxury villa, where their every interaction is filmed.

The show premiered on September 29 on YouTube, with its first episode quickly racking up over 1.1 million views. It has now completed 43 episodes, and producers say the series will span roughly 100 episodes.
