Is Mawra Hocane celebrating Valentine’s Day alone?

Mawra Hocane is once again winning hearts both on and off screen. From scenic snowy shoots in Murree to a hilarious Valentine’s Day moment, the actress gave fans a glimpse into her personal and professional life through Instagram stories.

Mawra shared a video on Instagram story from Murree, tagged “MURREE The Real Beauty Of Pakistan.” 

Mawra Hocane chose to dress warmly in a bright red knit sweater layered under a red and white checkered flannel shirt. Mawra's background showed bare trees and patches of snow, classic Murree winter vibes while Lucky Ali’s track Kitni Haseen Zindagi played softly in the story.

Overlaying the serene moment, Mawra wrote: “Best thing about my job… all the lives I get to live…”

The caption hinted that she is currently filming for a new project.

In another story, Mawra used a Valentine’s Day themed Instagram filter that randomly generated the phrase: “On Valentine’s Day, I will… Hang out with myself.”

Reacting dramatically to the result, Mawra wrote in bold capital letters: “I’m MARRIED INTERNET ”

The humor was especially fitting considering Mawra tied the knot with fellow actor Ameer Gilani on February 5, 2025.

Having just celebrated her first wedding anniversary, the idea of hanging out alone on Valentine’s Day was clearly a joke.

Mawra Hocane has long been one of Pakistan’s most beloved actresses. She rose to fame with hit dramas like Aahista Aahista, Sammi, Sabaat, Qissa Meherbano Ka, and Neem.

She also made her Bollywood debut with the movie "Sanam Teri Kasam".

Her marriage to Ameer Gilani, her long time friend and co-star, was celebrated widely across social media.
