A stout sacrificial calf was too much for a butcher in Gulistan Block I in Karachi who was killed by the calf itself on the second day of Eid, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

The 24NewsHD has got a video of the tragic incident. It could be seen in the video that the butcher was trying to tie the calf’s legs with a rope. But the plucky calf became incensed. It managed to wrest itself free from the control of the butcher and galloped away. 

But unfortunately the butcher entangled himself in the rope partially attached to the leg of the calf. The racing calf also dragged the butcher with him who after some time died from the injuries he received during the calf run. 

Meanwhile, the sacrificial animals kept dodging the unskilled butchers and made a run on the second day of Eid. 

A cow ran away from New Town, Stadium Road, Karachi. The cow pulled the rope and got itself free from the control of the butcher. The owners of the cow chased her on their motorcycles. The cow struck the bikes and made the riders fall on the ground. They got injured but did not desist and got her in the last. 

Half-slaughtered bull on the run in Sarai Alamgir

In a strange incident in Sarai Alamgir, a half slaughtered bull sprinted away from the slaughtering place thanks to the unskillfulness of the butcher. 

The 24NewsHD has also got the footage of the incident. 

The butcher cut the jugular vein of the bull but failed to slit it completely. The sacrificial animal who was still in its senses, ran away. The citizens took a fright seeing a bull sprinting with its neck half cut. 

The bull after passing through many places entered a madrassa. The female madrassa students broke into a run seeing the half slaughtered bull charging towards them. 

However, the butcher who was running after the bull, at last got hold over him in the madrassa.
