Being self-sufficient isn’t a medal! Mawra Hocane for breaking social walls

Pakistani actress Mawra Hocane has urged people to break down social barriers and reconnect with one another, saying that being self-sufficient is not a medal.
Taking to Instagram, she posted a message urging people to embrace their social instincts instead of retreating into isolation. “Stop being self-sufficient, it’s not a medal,” she said:
Stop being completely anti-social, the star said, stressing the importance of communication and community support.
“Normalise picking up phones even when not feeling up to it. Let’s all talk!”

She acknowledged that reaching out may be harder for some people, but encouraged those who find it easier to take the lead.
“I know it’s harder for some people than not, but it’s easy for people like me. We’ll take the plunge, just get on the ride with us,” she maintained.
Her words come as the Lollywood mourns the tragic deaths of actresses Humaira Asghar and Ayesha Khan, whose decomposed bodies were discovered in their homes after they had been dead for days.
A few days ago, police discovered the body of 32-year-old Humaira Asghar in her DHA Karachi apartment. She had reportedly lived alone for more than seven years, and autopsy reports that she died eight to ten months ago.
Similarly, veteran actress Ayesha Khan was found dead in her residence in mid-June, with authorities saying she passed away days before her body was discovered.
