Justice Aalia Neelum allows vehicles purchase procedure for judicial officers

Lahore High Court Chief Justice Aalia Neelum has announced formal implementation of the transport monetization policy across the province. 

With the approval of the High Court Chief Justice, it has been decided that used official vehicles will be provided to judicial officers at fixed concessional prices. 

The judicial officers will be able to purchase official vehicles of their choice. A formal procedure for the purchase of vehicles for judicial officers has been issued. 

The Lahore High Court has issued a memorandum to Sessions Judges across all districts. The Directorate of District Judiciary has issued a memorandum to all districts. 

The memorandum directs judicial officers wishing to purchase vehicles to make the payment by July 20. The instructions have been issued to judicial officers to submit the legal documents by July 22 following the payment.
