Godi Media trying to spread chaos in AJK through fake, AI-generated videos
As has often been the case, Indian media is trying to exploit the situation in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) by showing old and fake photos and videos on TV channels and portraying them as if these are of incidents of violence in AJK, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
One of these videos is of a protest that took place in Karachi a long time ago. But the Godi Media has portrayed it as a protest by the Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC), which has been banned by the AJK government under the anti-terrorism laws.
This does not stop here as some YouTubers, based in foreign countries, are hand in glove with the Godi Media and are running a malicious campaign against Pakistan and its institutions.
And last but not the least, Afghan social media accounts too are busy in maligning Pakistan by uploading fake AI-generated pictures and videos on social media, which are instantly picked by the Indian media.
Observers of the present situation are of the view that India is trying to spread chaos in AJK by exploiting the situation, which is the creation of a banned organization.
They have said that India does not want a solution to the Kashmir issue. And therefore, in order to divert the world’s attention from its atrocities in held Kashmir, it has unleashed propaganda against Pakistan.
They have asked the people of AJK to foil the nefarious designs of the Indian media by remaining peaceful.
