Popular writer Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar seems to have landed himself once again in hot waters following a certain video that has managed to go viral on social media platforms.

A video is circulating on social media where Khalil-ur -Rehman Qamar is seen suggesting that actor Adnan Malik, who played Khalil in Sadqay Tumhare's drama himself, was a "hijra".

While he didn't mention name of Adnan Malik, he said that before casting, he tests every actor to make sure he isn't a hijra, and that he got mistaken when he cast an actor in a drama to portray his own self.

Talking to twitter, actress Ushna Shah wrote: “Here’s a thought: Gay or bisexual men who identify as male but have sexual preferences other than women are still considered MEN. A REAL man is one who has all the attributes of what a man should be. An incel coward can never be a real man.”
