Islamabad sessions court dismisses bail plea of PTI leader

Dismissing the bail plea of PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur, a sessions court in Islamabad on Saturday initiated proceedings to declare the politician as a proclaimed offender for continuously skipping the court hearings, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The sessions court accepted Ali Nawaz Awan’s request seeking exemption from court appearance.
Sessions Court Judge Rana Mujahid Rahim adjourned hearing of the case till April 12.
Ali Amin Gandapur had to appear in court in a case pertaining to violation of the Section 144.
Raja Khurram Nawaz attended the court, however, Ali Amin Gandapur and Ali Nawaz Awan remained absent.
