PTI leader Shahbaz Gill has announced to return to Pakistan as his party faced a tough time, saying his return flight is due on May 16, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In a statement issued in Lahore on Thursday, Shahbaz Gill said he knew that he will be arrested on his return to Pakistan so that his voice could also be stifled, and no one would be able to pursue Imran Khan’s case.

“But if I do not come back that I will be accused of betrayal,” the PTI leader added.

He also revealed that the whole airport staff was suspended when he left Pakistan for abroad.
