The opposition in its steering committee meeting Thursday decided to give the government a tough time and started reconsidering the in-house changes.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, an important meeting of the steering committee of the opposition parties was held in Islamabad on Thursday.

Former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, Farooq H Naik, Naveed Qamar, Shazia Murree, Ayaz Sadiq, Khawaja Asif, Saad Rafique, Kamran Murtaza and others participated in the meeting.

The steering committee has proposed to move a no-confidence motion against the Speaker, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly and the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Senate.

The members of the steering committee said that the Speaker of the National Assembly had made a mockery of the Parliament.
