SC issues written order of APS case, PM holds meeting with ISI chief, AGP

Supreme Court Thursday issued written order of the APS case while PM Imran assured to abide by the court orders to take action against the responsible of the terror attack.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the court issued the Chief Justice SC Justice Gulzar Ahmad’s order comprising of three pages.
About the implementation of the SC orders, PM Imran held an important meeting with the ISI chief, Attorney General of Pakistan (AGP) and some of the federal ministers and was also assured to abide by the court orders.
The sources said that the written order of the SC said that the PM had told the court that he had already read the previous order and assured to take action against those responsible for the tragedy.
The SC CJ directed the Imran led government in the written order that it should take positive steps after listening to the narrative of the victims’ parents.
The SC CJ also ordered the PM to submit his signed report to the court within the next 4 weeks. The court set the hearing of the case now after four weeks.
The SC has also made the order issued on October 20 a part of today orders and said that parents of the APS victims wanted action to be taken against their nominees.
However, the PM chaired a high-level meeting in the Prime Minister's Chamber of Parliament House and discussed the APS tragedy case in the SC.
The Prime Minister said in the meeting that his party respected the courts and would abide by the court orders. He said that all the legal requirements would be met.
The sources said a team of federal ministers and the Attorney General of Pakistan attended the meeting. Sources also confirmed that DG ISI was also present in the meeting.
