A Kabul-bound Afghan passenger named Amiri Ghulam Muhammad died of heart attack at Islamabad International Airport on Sunday.

Amiri Ghulam Muhammad was due to board a foreign airline’s flight for Kabul when he suffered the stroke. He was rushed to the trauma centre at the airport for immediate medical treatment but he could not recover.

A TV channel quoting its sources reported that Amiri Ghulam Muhammad breathed his last at the trauma centre.

In September, a pistol and magazines were recovered from a British passenger’s luggage at Islamabad International Airport.
