The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Monday sought Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government’s action plan for holding phased local bodies elections in the province.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the ECP issued orders in the KP local government elections case on Monday.

In the order, the ECP said that it should be stated in which areas the local body elections would be held in the first phase in November or December this year.
