Pakistan Army destroys several Afghan border posts after unprovoked firing

The Pakistan Army said on Saturday it gave a strong response to the unprovoked firing by Afghanistan on the Pak-Afghan border.

According to security sources, Afghan forces opened unprovoked firing at the Pak-Afghan border at Angoor Adda, Bajaur, Kurram, Dir, Chitral and Baram Chah (Balochistan).

The gun attack was aimed at helping the Khawarij formations cross the border. The alert and prepared soldiers of the Pakistan Army guarding various posts gave a swift and strong response, which was still ongoing at the time of filing of this report at Saturday midnight.

The Pakistan Army immediately gave a strong and effective response and targeted several Afghan posts. Pakistan's timely action destroyed several border posts in Afghanistan and killed dozens of Afghan soldiers and foreigners. The Taliban fled after leaving several of their posts and bodies of their militants.

This aggression by Afghanistan is being carried out at a time when the Afghan foreign minister is visiting India.

Tribal People To Fight Terrorists

Tribal people announced on Saturday to take up arms against the Afghanistan-backed terrorists.

The tribal people have announced taking up arms against the terrorists who have infiltrated Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from Afghanistan.

In an audio message shared in Pashto, it is being said that they have stood side by side with the Pakistan Army against Afghan terrorists.

Tribal people say, "Defending the homeland is our duty and we know how to defend it. We had taught the terrorists a lesson before and we will teach you a lesson again."
